Noah Blom and his family have a long history of giving back to their Newport Beach Community. John & Chloe Blom, a recognized portrait photographer, instilled the values that being part of the community means getting involved and working side by side for the common good of all. Today, Noah and his wife, Marin, carry on the tradition through their involvement in the numerous charities listed below.

Noah’s motivation to be re-elected for District 5 Councilman comes from his desire to give back to his community by working side by side with his neighbors and friends to support the traditions that all Newport Beach residents, merchants and business owners have come to value so much.
